Marcus hasn't arranged for Khan to be present, precisely, but is demanding a series of reports be turned in that afternoon, as well as that they sit down for a briefing. So, when the court martial proceedings run late, it's natural that he slip into the audience to wait them out for his Admiral and captor to be sprung.

He nearly trips down the steps when he sees who's standing up in front of the panel, and reevaluates how exactly this afternoon is going to play out. Khan slinks into one of the chairs adjacent to the aisle, settling down with his long legs stretched out, resplendent in his Starfleet uniform, commanders' insignia and all.

Not quite as highly ranked as Kirk, he notices quickly, even though the man has yet to turn around.

He gives him a shove to get him moving, letting him go. The point is the scrabble, so he wants to give him just enough of a headstart that he can chase.

"Don't get into any trouble, now."

Khan counts to three, then is after him.

He pounces on him like a panther, and has him down in a flash.

He goes down with a sharp grunt, and takes to thrashing, punching. Laughing.

He flips him, and pushes his hands easily up over his head.

"I should have sent you home with your toy. To get you ready for me."

He complains, smirking.

"That sounds promising,"

He admits, dragging his pants down, keeping him pinned idly with one hand, groping him quietly and then slipping fingers to rub over him, testing.

He had spent the morning and most of the afternoon stretching himself, first with small toys and then a larger one. He smirks at Khan because, in fact, he has one like what Khan had used on him in right now, ready to be put to work.

"I really hope you still want to take me."

He admits, as his finger tests him out carefully.

"You're so loose, Captain. Prepared for an afternoon of bending over and taking it?"

Even if Kirk is spreading his legs a little further, and moving his hips onto Khan's finger.

"I should've worn my uniform for you."

He points out, driving them down a little to prove his point.

And then groans again, writhing for him.

He gives him a sharp slap on the ass, with the hand not burying into him.

Jim yelps, arches-- and it's the opening he needs to flip them over and start riding Khan's hand, with his knees firmly planted on Khan's chest.

Khan chuckles, deep and throaty again, and permits it for a moment before taking him by the hip and starting to fuck him, deep, with strong fingers that he doesn't have a hope of moving with, fast and curling right into his prostate with blinding intensity that will border on pain.

Jim's arms give out as he chokes out one chest-deep groan. In seconds his legs are trembling and he grabs at Khan, torn between urging him on and making him stop.

He orders him, working just that hair rougher, shoving at him to tip him onto his back.

"Rut for me, you want to."

He's screaming, so much noise now they probably should turn the radio on. He's louder now than he had been before--but this time he's torn between pride and greed.

"I'll come-"

He stops- not because he seriously intends to edge him this time, but because he wants to see if Jim remembers the torture of it.

"Will you?"

Kirk rears up snarling, grabbing Khan and trying mindlessly to keep him going. Then a second later his rational mind reminds him he doesn't want to finish this soon.

"You want to finger me or take me?"

"Both," he answers, "I'm going to have you come now, then I'm going to flip you over and have you while you're loose limbed and crying from overstimulation, then maybe I'll- what was your charming turn of phrase? Bite you everywhere until you come again?"

Threatening him and promising him dragging his legs wider apart to make room.

Spreading his legs, accommodating him eagerly.

"You're going to be the death of me, at this rate..."

Whispering, before working his very best to take him there.

He goes on five, ten minutes, right on the edge but unable to finish. He doesn't touch himself, but he does finally reach up and tug helplessly at Khan's hair.
