Marcus hasn't arranged for Khan to be present, precisely, but is demanding a series of reports be turned in that afternoon, as well as that they sit down for a briefing. So, when the court martial proceedings run late, it's natural that he slip into the audience to wait them out for his Admiral and captor to be sprung.

He nearly trips down the steps when he sees who's standing up in front of the panel, and reevaluates how exactly this afternoon is going to play out. Khan slinks into one of the chairs adjacent to the aisle, settling down with his long legs stretched out, resplendent in his Starfleet uniform, commanders' insignia and all.

Not quite as highly ranked as Kirk, he notices quickly, even though the man has yet to turn around.

Kirk pants, looking up at him.

"That- ...wow."

This has been a good day, one he's needed.

But he brings his foot over slowly, rubbing up between Khan's legs.

He rakes his nails up Khan's back.

He whispers, and then he's moving slowly into him, knowing it can't be pleasurable just yet, but needing him all the same.

It might not end up being pleasurable at all this round, with how new Kirk is, but as long as it isn't agony he doesn't plan to stop. And he hides a grimace by leaning up and burying his face against Khan's shoulder.

Once they're joined, he comes to a stop, breathing out quietly and moving to kiss the top of his head, absently. He likes him, doesn't want to see him hurt.

"No rush."

Kirk has high pain tolerance, fortunately, enough that he can distract himself as he relaxes, by making out with Khan in the meantime.

It catches him by surprise, and gets him chortling softly, nuzzling and nipping him between languid kisses, taking lazy pleasure in having him stretched out like this. Kirk is really a treat.

He's a young man, one with a healthy libido. Not quite ten minutes in, and he's semi-hard again, chuckling because he very rarely gets a chance to recover when he's receiving anal.

It starts the process all over again, the build back up to desperation. Kirk reaches back to grab at Khan, because although the angle this way is better, he misses seeing the tension of it all playing out on Khan's face.

What he likes about this one is that he can heave Jim up onto his hands and knees, kneel between his legs and start fucking him deep, bent over like that, in an excruciatingly delightful position.
